Victoria Legrand is the French-born singer of American indie band Beach House. The band formed in 2004 and recently released their fourth album Zebra. If you get the opportunity – go see them. When I went to see Beach House this summer, the first thing I noted was that I really liked her hair. (and for those who have heard me talk about the guy with the fantastic hair cut, this is a lot closer to what I was trying to describe, than Robert Wells… but not quite) So that gives her extra points on being cool. Besides her hair, she’s got a cool husky voice that suites their music perfectly.
